Instructions

- Grind poppy seeds with sugar. Reserve 2β3 tbsp for garnish.
- Combine remaining poppy-sugar mix with milk and cinnamon, simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
- Stir in rum at the end.
3. Prepare Cherries
- Chop sour cherries into large pieces.

- Prepare crepes following your standard recipe (yielding about 5 crepes of 26 cm diameter).
