Ingredients

  • 1 rib-eye steak slice (approx. 3 cm thick)
  • Red onion jam (pre-made or homemade)
  • Blue cheese (Stilton recommended), thinly sliced or crumbled
  • Baguette slices

  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Salt

Instructions

  1. Drizzle baguette slices with olive oil and grill in a hot pan until grill marks appear. Remove and set aside.
