Ingredients
- 1 can tomatoes (450 g)

Instructions

- Simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes until sauce reduces slightly.
- Strain sauce through a fine sieve back into the pan. Stir in tomato paste and simmer gently for another 5 minutes until thickened. Taste and adjust salt.
- Let ketchup cool, then store in the refrigerator.
