Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and knead until you obtain a smooth, homogeneous dough.
  2. Shape the dough into walnut-sized balls.
  3. Heat plenty of oil in a deep frying pan. Fry the balls until golden on all sides and floating in the oil.
  4. Remove fritters and drain on paper towels to absorb excess oil.
  5. Serve immediately hot. They are tasty even cold, but best enjoyed warm.
