  • 50 g honey + 2 tbsp honey, divided
  • 50 g brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, almonds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, and brown sugar.
  2. In a small bowl, mix honey (50 g), ground cinnamon, and oil until well combined.
  3. Pour the honey mixture over the dry ingredients and stir thoroughly until everything is evenly coated.
  4. Spread the granola mixture evenly onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Drizzle the remaining 2 tablespoons of honey evenly over the top.
  5. Bake at 160°C (320°F) for 15-20 minutes. Stir once after 10 minutes for even toasting. Granola should be lightly browned and fragrant, especially the pumpkin seeds.
  6. Remove from oven and allow to cool completely on the tray without stirring. The granola will crisp up as it cools.
  7. Once cool, break into chunks and store in an airtight jar. This granola stays fresh for several weeks.
