  • 1 tbsp red pepper paste
  • 1/2 tsp sweet paprika
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 3 sprigs fresh dill, chopped
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

  1. 🔥 Heat oil in a wide pot. Season pork slices with salt and pepper, then brown them on both sides until lightly golden. Remove pork and set aside.
