Ingredients

  • 50 ml water
  • 2 tsp rooibos vanilla tea
  • 200 ml milk (almond or any unsweetened plant milk)
  • Ground cinnamon (for garnish)
  • Honey (optional, for sweetness)

Instructions

  1. Bring water to a boil in a small pot. Remove from heat and steep rooibos tea for 5 minutes. Press the tea leaves gently to extract maximum flavor. Strain and set aside.
  2. Froth the milk using your preferred method (milk frother, French press, mini mixer, blender, or espresso machine steam wand).
  3. Pour the frothed milk into a cup or glass. Slowly pour the concentrated rooibos tea through the foam.
  4. Sprinkle with cinnamon on top.
  5. Optionally, sweeten with a little honey to taste. Serve immediately.
