Instructions
- In a bowl, mix urda (or ricotta) with egg and milk until smooth and creamy.
- In a separate bowl, combine flour, sugar, vanilla sugar, baking powder, salt, nutmeg, cinnamon, and lemon zest. Add dry ingredients to the urda mixture and stir until well incorporated. The dough should be elastic and thick enough not to drip off the spoon.
